This antique tin lithograph plate is 10 1/8" wide. It's a very rare advertising plate for a little known business called J.H. Overdorf General Merchandise in Carroll, PA. The plate is not marked by the company that made it, but I've identified it as a Royal Saxony plate #103. The front of the plate has some white substance that stained the surface. The most notable surface chips are in the lower right, plus some other scattered chips in the paint. The back has a couple of small dents, barely seen on the front, and other minor wear.
