Back is stamped, AEROPLANE PHOTO SUPPLY, TORONTO, CANADA. This is a WWII era real photo developed from a negative, not a modern scan or printed photo. It does not glow under a black light dating before 1950 or so.

Photo came from the collection of an American WWII pilot.
