All Renewed monitors, PCs, printers, and peripherals come with a 1-year limited return-to-base (RTB) hardware warranty unless otherwise specified in the listing. This covers items that arrive damaged in transit or develop a hardware problem within 365 days of receipt, entitling you to repair, replacement (subject to stock), or a full RTB refund if repair/replacement is not possible. This warranty does not cover software or download issues, third-party repairs, user damage, or modified items—it applies to hardware failures only. Warranty begins on the day the item is received. Please contact us for return address details; returned goods must be received within 7 days of notifying us of a problem. Products not approved for return or received outside this timeframe are not covered. Return postage is the buyer’s responsibility.
