The hobby of collecting can be expensive, no matter what your level of interest, and we view it as our responsibility to ensure that your purchase receives the top notch care it deserves, regardless of its value. The Item(s) – Bowen Captain America "WWII Version" and Bucky "Classic" Version Statues – Please Read Carefully

 

Up for auction are two Bowen statues being sold together. One is a Captain America WWII Version Statue. The other is a Bucky Classic Version Statue. I am the original owner of both of these statues having purchased them directly from Alter Ego Comics. Since purchase, they have been resting comfortably in my climate-controlled storage facility. They are both is BNIB, a.k.a. brand new in box!! They have never been removed from their protective packaging and their plastic covering remains. They are in absolute “mint” condition. The color boxes are in very good condition. Important Notes:

• Captain America WWII Version was a limited release of only 800 pieces worldwide. This is Edition No. 788/800.
• The Bucky Classic version was limited to only 1,000 pieces worldwide. This is Edition No. 278/1000.  

The statues will ship in their respective color boxes with their original plastic wrappings and professionally packaged together. They will be traveling via UPS "100% Insurance and Signature Confirmation Required" to complete the delivery. This is a great opportunity to nab two Bowen statues from the same comic era.

Please read all terms and conditions related to this auction before bidding. If you disagree with any of them, then please seriously consider not purchasing this item. The terms are not negotiable. 

 

1.     The AOC reserves the right to cancel this auction at any time.

2.      The AOC reserves the right to cancel the bids of E-Bayers with poor purchasing or selling performance via the E-Bay Feedback System.

3.     The AOC reserves the right to cancel the bids of suspected problematic bidders.

4.     All sales are final for this auction.

5.     Items purchased will only be shipped to confirmed addresses. No PO Boxes!!

6.      Included in the shipping costs are Insurance and Signature Confirmation. The insurance protects both of us in the event that something happens to the piece in transit. I insure everything that I sell. In addition, I also require Signature Confirmation upon delivery to ensure that you received the piece as purchased.

7.     We will not be responsible for items lost or damaged during shipping. Hence the Insurance. In the unfortunate event that you receive an item damaged in transit I will work with you to file a claim with the insurance provider so that neither the Buyer nor Seller are economically disadvantaged due to circumstances out of our collective control. In short, we don't leave our customers hanging!

8.    INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING only via EBAY Global Shipping Program. No shipping to alternative shipment companies with U.S. addresses.

9.  Shipping only in the Continental United States. No shipping to Hawaii, Alaska or Puerto Rico, Mexico.

10. Payment is due 3 days after the auction closes. Please make sure that you pay on time, or the item will be relisted, and negative feedback will be given to E-Bay.

11. We normally ship your purchase 3 days after having received confirmation of cleared payment.
