This is a beautiful portrait lens, clean and clear glass, some minor micor dust inclusion.
The filter thread has minor damage, hardly visible, it still takes filters normally. 
Some filters may turn on/off a with a little resistance.

Konica rear cap, generic front cap, B&W filter are included.

No scratches visible for the eye, no haze or fungus. Smooth focus and snappy aperture.

In nearly all 2nd hand lenses your will find minor dust inclusion. This will not have any influence on the image quality. 

Please keep in mind that these items are old and have been used in the past. Under very harsh light you may find some minor imperfections.
