Important Notes

Dimensional Tolerance: Due to manual measurement and variations in production batches, there may be a small error of 1-3 centimeters (0.4-1.2 inches) in the product size, which falls within the normal range of industrial manufacturing and does not affect use.

Safety Warning:

This product generates high temperatures during operation. Always place it on a flat, dry surface, away from children and flammable items.

Do not touch the baking tray and the metal parts of the body to avoid burns. Always use the handle for operation.

Do not immerse the product in water or rinse it directly under the tap to prevent electric shock hazards. Ensure that the power is disconnected and the product is completely cooled before cleaning.

This is a high-power electrical appliance. It is recommended to plug it directly into the wall outlet to avoid using extension cords and prevent overload.

First Use: A slight smoke or odor may occur during the first use, which is due to the evaporation of a small amount of protective oil left over from the manufacturing process. This is a normal phenomenon. It is recommended to run the machine empty in a well-ventilated area for a few minutes until the odor dissipates.

Remove the white protective film from the product before use to prevent the film from melting due to overheating and causing machine failure.

• Re-delivery fee may be charged to buyers for items that are undelivered and/or returned to us due to incorrect delivery address or unsuccessful deliveries. 
• Items will only be delivered during normal working hours (9am to 5pm on weekdays. Delivery is not available on weekends, public holidays or after business hours.

• If it is the buyer's personal reason to return the item, the return postage fee would be at buyer's charge.
• Returns must be agreed by both parties prior to the actual return with 30 business days. 
• Buyers must also strictly follow our returns procedure when returning an item. 
• We reserves the rights to provide buyers a replacement, parts or a full or partial refund. Charges may apply if the product is damaged by buyers when the returned item is received. 
• Should you change your mind and wish to return your item, this can be done if you notify us within 30 days of receiving your item.
