Matchbox Superfast 32 Leyland Petrol Tanker in rare purple with NAMC labels 

Model variation details: Metallic purple body with block cast behind cab. Silver tank with NATIONAL ASSOCIATION OF MATCHBOX COLLECORS labels to sides BUT WITHOUT LABEL APPLIED TO REAR - this is an unlisted variation.  I have looked at the casting in strong light and with a magnifying glass and can find no evidence of the label being applied at the factory.  Hollow narrow wheels. 

Model condition: Rated as very near mint - Purple and silver paintwork is superb, but the chrome has crazed on the base and has affected the lower half of the front bumper. Still a lovely example though.

Box details: No 32 G box - variation without Trademarks printed and just with 'Mark 3' printed on one end flap.

Box condition: Rated as very good - complete and original, with age-wear.

A fantastic looking piece and very presentable!  From a smoke-free and pet-free home. Model will be sent well protected via Royal Mail Tracked 48.
