Solid coin collectible.  These are relatively rare except for a cache of them released a few years ago.  NGC slabbed and certified.  The die is COMPLETELY DEFACED by the Mint as a way of cancelling the die after it was worn out. The die serial number is still visible on the side of the die.

One of each denomination: 1 cent, 10 cent, and 25 cent.  They do have readable serial numbers if you wanted to do more research on the history of the particular die.
