This flashlight was given to to outsource trainers as they embarked on training missions which included stops in Bartlesville Oklahoma, the Phillipines, Hyderabad India, and Jamaica

Flashlight does include original batteries (which may or may not be dead by now), but you'll be hard pressed to find another example

I want to point out that this is a silver flashlight so the box must have been a misprint as it states "black mini slide"
