This charming Vintage Shafford cat ashtray from 1953 is a delightful slice of Mid-Century Whimsy. Crafted in glossy redware pottery (likely made in Japan for export), it captures the playful spirit of 1950s novelty ceramics with its bold, hand-decorated black cat head design.
