Estate find.  Lot of 2 antique tin with wooden handles noisemakers.  Considering the age, I think the condition is good.  There's not much rust.  

#1:  Kirchof "Life of the Party" Products.  Patented November 27, 1928.  Approximately 4.5 inches by 1.25 inches when measuring the rectangle.

#2:  Unbranded.  Approximately 5 inches by 1.5 inches when measuring the top rectangle.
