Four, new in box, Hytron branded, RCA manufactured 2A3 tubes. These tubes are branded Hytron, but were made by RCA.  This is evident based on inspection of the construction.  It is also apparent that the construction is unique to that during wartime, as it has the dual large D-getter construction and not the smaller D-getters employed in postwar RCA 2A3 tubes.  Given the burnished bases (it is evident that an original logos were removed before the Hytron branding) and the wartime construction, I believe that it is quite likely that the tubes were wartime military surplus that were purchased by Hytron and then rebranded in 1947. Yellow printed logo bases, black plates, large dual D-getter. Tested on a Hickok TV-3 military tester that has been calibrated. Firm bases, excellent silvering. Tubes are matched for structure and dynamic gain- test at 3600, 3550, 3550, 3500 where pass/fail is 1900 micromho. The tubes have the same structure inside and out, having matching date codes of "735", rebranded in the 35th week of 1947.

Many other lots of tubes for sale this week.
