Returns are accepted within the timeframe shown on the listing. Items must be returned in the same condition as received, including all accessories, packaging, and documentation.

All items are security marked and all serial numbers are recorded before dispatch. Returned items will be inspected and tested to confirm that security marks are intact, serial numbers match, and the item remains in the same working condition. Refunds are issued only after these checks are completed. If an item is returned damaged, altered, missing parts, or is not the original item sent, the return may be declined.

Unless stated otherwise, buyers are responsible for return postage and should use a tracked service. It is recommended that buyers use eBay's returns label system for secure and efficient processing. If an item appears to be faulty or not as described, buyers should contact the business through eBay messaging before opening a return so the issue can be reviewed and resolved appropriately.
