Vintage Native American Zuni Sterling Silver Inlay Oversized Thunderbird Bolo

Striking vintage oversized thunderbird bolo tie featuring intricate sterling silver inlay work in the Zuni style. This dramatic statement piece measures approximately 2 3/4" N to S and features beautifully executed geometric mosaic inlay including turquoise, mother-of-pearl shell, black inlay, and reddish-brown shell/spiny oyster style inlay. Testing sterling silver.

The bolo has wonderful visual presence with classic mid-century Southwestern design elements and finely detailed silverwork throughout. The leather bolo cord remains in very good condition with sterling tips intact.

Unsigned, as is common with many vintage Native American and trading post pieces of this era.
