This is a Brass Islamic Wax Seal Stamp, with Arabic inscription and "1328". The size is 18 x 12 x 17 mm, and the weight is 5.74 gr. The handle is rod-shaped. The Arabic script on the face of the seal is beautifully carved. I have received it in 1992 from "The Time Machine Co.", which was located in New York City, USA. The shop's description for this item stated: "Islamic, 17th/18th c. AD, Brass." The face of the seal bears the engraved Arabic numerals "1328." I believe the date of this seal is AH 1328 (1910 AD), rather than the 17th or 18th century. I would be very grateful if the next owner could clarify it. Thank you. I do not know whether catalogs or lists of seal stamps have been published. Some listings on eBay state that this style of stamp was used in the Ottoman Empire. For reference, I have attached the area information for Constantinople City. Constantinople City is located at (41.0137, 28.9639) in the google location system. I will attach some photos of it from the google map system and from the google street view system. Brass Islamic Wax Seal Stamp. The handle is rod-shaped.
