ITEM DESCRIPTION: Original early 1930s Art Deco Octagonal shaped Plate designed by Clarice Cliff in the Applique Idyll Pattern of a Lady in a Crinoline Dress walking up the path towards a cottage with flowers to the side and tall poplar trees to the side of the cottage. No chips, cracks, crazing or restoration. All colours still good, pink green and yellow border. Measures 8" from point to point. Signed Bizarre Newport Pottery Backstamp. Stunning.
