This unique Japanese Santoku knife is based on a Noshu Magoroku blade and modified into a single-bevel right-handed edge. Made with low-maintenance stainless steel, its 160mm blade provides keen cutting ability and easy food release, suitable for home cooking, fishing, or camping prep.
Pre-owned restored/custom item. Hand-sharpened up to a fine 10,000 grit edge. Features light surface scratches and handle signs of use from the remaking process, but cutting integrity is top-notch. Please check all photos for precise visual details.
