This traditional Japanese kitchen knife is hand-forged by Ikenami Hamono, certified as a traditional craft of Kagoshima Prefecture. Known as Hon-Tanegashima knife, it combines historical blacksmith craftsmanship with superb cutting balance for daily culinary use.
Unused condition. The knife itself is in excellent shape, and it comes with its original storage box (box shows minor wear from storage). Please check all images for fine details.
