1990 25th Anniversary Program from the Oneonta Yankees from a game vs. St. Catherines Blue Jays, also including the insert sheet showing the lineups for the teams heading into the series. 

Scorecard SIGNED by should-be Hall of Famer CARLOS DELGADO & future NBA (yes, basketball) star SCOTT BURRELL, who both played for the Blue Jays at the time, as well as several other St Cats Blue Jays. Burrell's signature is on the top right, Delgado on the bottom right and upside down (maybe he knew he was THAT good and wanted to distinguish himself LOL).

Note that the signatures are not on the insert but on the centerfold of the main program, which is where the scorecard is. 

I was at this game -- it was during a visit to check out a couple colleges upstate when I was in high school, so this game would have been a summer game -- and I noticed both of them seemed really good, particularly Delgado, so I got them to sign after the game. Easily my best scouting job ever. 

In very good condition, all pages are good, clean, colors are good, though does have spots of minor wear like corner/edge wear, very light surface creasing, etc., but even the insert is still quite nice as well as the main program.
