DESCRIPTION: 

Fascinating pair of Native American-inspired hammered silver overlay on copper earrings. They are an irregular shape and feature two different Native American pictograph/petroglyph symbols. One is a human hand and the second is a spiral. Interestingly, a pictograph symbol where a spiral is shown in the palm of a hand it symbolizes a healing hand or mystic hand and the curative powers of a shaman. I don't know if the designer of these had that in mind when they paired these 2 symbols.

They each measure about 1 1/4" tall by 1 1/4" wide. The hooks are marked 925. The content of the earrings is not marked, but I will guarantee it is sterling silver overlaid on copper. Each earring is marked "Signs of Life" on the back and has a makers signature that kind of looks like R & W or R & M.
