We found this at an Estate Sale in Hamilton, Montana and at first, we thought it was a neat Western Cowboy picture. Then after looking at it closer, we realized the horses looked perturbed, especially the one on the left and then we looked at what the cowboy was doing. We don't blame them for being miffed.
Anyway, the picture needs framing and as mentioned, the matting has marks and edge issues. The outside of the matte ,measures 14 x 11" and the picture measures 11 1/2 x 3".
