A fabulous crystal glass paperweight by Polish glass artist Adam Jablonski. The central form is blown into a teardrop shape, with a red core featuring an internal abstract metal design, a green ring above, and all elements cased in clear glass with controlled bubbles. Jablonski’s signature is on the underside.

In excellent vintage condition, with light wear consistent with age and handling.

Adam Jablonski began working with glass in 1952 and quickly established a reputation for both technical innovation and artistic brilliance. His glassworks are celebrated worldwide and have been featured in prestigious collections, including the Corning Museum of Glass in the USA. He specialized in mouth-blown art glass, often using 24% lead crystal, which gives his pieces exceptional brilliance and weight.
He pioneered the integration of metal threads and decorative elements within glass, creating unique structures where delicate metal is suspended inside the crystal. This patented technique results in striking visual effects and is considered a hallmark of his work. Jablonski retired in 2010.
