This is a New Bearing that was packaged by Volvo Penta part number 181877 and made by SKF and  It is a  Deep Groove Ball Bearing 6307-2RS1/GJN and it is a standard metric bearing type. The marking GJN indicates that it is an SKF bearing with a special type of high-temperature grease.
