All used equipment: Please note this item is used and may have scuffs and scratches from previous use. Please review images carefully. There may be a few small scratches that are too small to properly show up on camera.
Warranty Information:
WE DO NOT WARRANTY LAPTOP BATTERIES. Your refurbished machine will contain a used battery. By their nature batteries do not typically have long lives. We test batteries to ensure they are functional and hold a charge, but we do not guarantee the duration of that charge. A security security seal has been placed on all devices we sell to ensure the integrity of the device. Tampering with or removing the seal will void the warranty. We record all serial numbers.
We are not responsible for compatibility issues with your system or software and we do not provide technical support for setup, installation or any user related issues.
For Items sold As Parts or Repair Only: We've Provided the technical specification to test to the best of our ability, but due to the defects, there may be slight discrepancies. since we can not perform full inspection, there may be other unlisted issues. By purchasing items with the "Parts or Repair" condition, you are acknowledging the item already has defects and is not/may not be fully functional.
What is not eligible for return or refund:
- Any product with a warranty sticker that has been altered, removed, or tampered with.
- Any item that has undergone repairs, attempted repairs, or tampering.
- Any damage from non-OEM accessories, including chargers or docking stations.
- Any software issues, including Windows updates, drivers, or third-party applications
Returns:
Accepted within the warranty period as stated above if the item is returned in its original condition, has not been modified in any way, and includes all parts and accessories including power cords.
For items sold: As-IS: All sales are final, and no returns will be accepted.
