Gathered ruffles at the hemline, a pullover closure, and fully functional zipper at the center chest which zips all the way around.

True black (lightened in some of the photos to show detail), with blue and grey striped sleeves and the zipper in blue, with blue side ribbons.  

The body of the dress is fully lined in a grey mesh, with a purple cotton ruffle at the hem, visible as a layer beneath the gathered black skirt.

Soft jersey fabric - a blend of lyocell and cotton.
