As good as new
Virtually no signs of use, rubber seals in top condition, lenses have no more than 1-2 dust particles inside, and the glass is perfect. All functions work fully properly.
Very good
Minimal signs of use; very small scratches or damage may be present. Very minor damage to the lens or a few dust particles inside the lens may be present but do not affect the result.
Good
Normal signs of wear, visibly used. The product has multiple scratches and/or signs of use. Multiple dust particles can be present in a lens. Minor damage to the glass may be present but does not affect the result.
Used
Clear signs of use such as scratches, wear on the LCD screen, and perhaps stiffer control rings. Lenses may show scratches or dust — no or minimal impact on the result. Moving parts such as buttons, zoom, and focus can sometimes be a bit stiffer. All functions still work fully correctly unless stated otherwise.
Very used
Heavily used with significant wear/damage. Fully functional unless otherwise stated. Lenses can be affected by dust or scratches, which may have a minor impact on the result.
Products are classified based on their external condition. If a camera has a high shutter count, it may still have the condition "As good as new" — the price is adjusted based on the shutter count.
