[About the 10-point rating system for product condition]

In our store, we indicate the condition of some products on a scale of 1 to 10.
Details of each of the 10 rating levels are as follows:

(10): In like-new or extremely good condition.
(9): In excellent condition. There are very minor imperfections.
(8): In good condition. There is slight damage.
(7): In average condition for a used item. There is some minor wear and tear.
(6-5): The item has noticeable damage. (Folds, discoloration, stains, tears, cracks, etc.)
(4-1): The product is in a state of significant deterioration. (Repair marks, missing parts, distortion, etc.)

[Regarding shipping costs]

At our store, customers are responsible for the shipping costs of their orders.

[About the product]

Our products share inventory with our physical store and other websites. Therefore, we may not be able to secure stock after you place your order.

As this is a used item, there may be some scratches, stains, and signs of age-related deterioration.

Products may have price tags, management stickers, or stickers related to overseas shipping or domestic import attached to them.

Unopened products (including those with multiple layers of tape applied during manufacturer inspection) are not covered under warranty for defects in contents or malfunctions.

For games, DVDs, and other bonus items, only the main product will be included unless the title explicitly states that bonus items are included. Also, if a product includes bonus items, only the bonus items will be included unless the title explicitly states that the main product is included.

Please refrain from consuming any food or beverages included with products such as collectible toys. Our store focuses on the accessories and packaging of collectible toys as the main product, and does not sell them as food. Therefore, we cannot be held responsible for any health problems resulting from consumption.

[About delivery]

The delivery company will be one designated by our company.
This product will be shipped from our Nakano store.

Since products are shipped from different locations, we cannot combine shipping for multiple items.
