Cassell's Popular Gardening ~ D.T. Fish ~ c1890 Edition Complete 4 Volumes

Complete 4 volume set circa 1890, original pictorial boards, with gilt lettering to spine and featuring 20 colour plates. The boards are in good condition, with some scuffing to the cloth and minor corner bumping but display well overall. The binding is firm, and there are no loose pages. The endpaper hinges are fairly firm, volume iii has some splitting at the rear hinge.. The pages are in very good condition with mild age-toning and some occasional marks. Colour plates have been collated and are complete, mostly bright with only a small amount of edge wear. A charming complete collection of the 4 volumes. Octavo (8vo). pp. 380, 380, 380, 396.
