Singer 457 sewing machine.
With instructions, it does work(needle goes up and down smoothly, light works, has some accessories a raised plate and some bobbins and a different foot
Not sure of the bobbins are the right ones for this machine (it uses class 66 bobbins which are readily available at Amazon and other places easily enough)
Like any sewing machine of this era it would benefit from a service.
