Lightly used Nitto quill stem pry tool #4. Basically, if you don’t want to scrape up a pair of bars twisting and pulling them out of a quill stem, this tool fits into the gap on the clamp and pries open the clamp with some pressure. I believe this model is specific to stems with the clamps on the bottom side of the stem and not on the front. I think I only used this a few times, so still plenty of life left in this tool!
