IMO, he is in good condition for the age. He does have crazing on his face. You can see it on around his mouth, on his chin and on his nose.

His forehead has rubs. The back of his head has rubs. Some gray rubs on top of his head.

Missing paint on his red lip.

His pull string does not pull, but I don’t want to yank it hard. So his mouth hangs open.

I cannot remove his pants as they are sewn on. His jacket could be removed with some effort. But why?

Has stuffing in his forearms. Nothing on his upper arm. A couple of black marks on one hand.

I assume his hat is original, but I don’t know.

A small white scuff on one shoe. Some other scuffs on his shoes. Not terrible.

The vintage clothes are in good condition, imo.

A couple of pulled threads.

Not mint, but pretty good for the age.
