Photograph shows the street, U.S. Mail wagon, horse drawn wagons, grocery store, people, town buildings, etc..
Condition is pretty good, a bit of wear o the corners/ edges, indentation from the cancel, marks from an album on back, card is narrow, but seems to be made so (see photo) a cool card.
