Up for sale is a beautiful vintage statement piece from Sarah Coventry. This is the highly collectible "Remembrance" design, which originally debuted in 1968 as part of their celebrated Victorian Revival jewelry collections.
This substantial piece features a magnificent large oval cabochon in the center, flanked by eight teardrop accents, all styled with a unique swirled faux turquoise matrix pattern featuring delicate white, robin's egg blue, and shimmering gold-veined inclusions. Four smooth, domed faux pearl cabochons are set gracefully at the compass points. The setting boasts an ornate, heavily textured antiqued gold-tone finish that gives it the sophisticated, timeless look of traditional marcasite or cut steel work.
Dual Functionality: This piece features both a secure roll-over safety clasp to wear as a brooch/pin, as well as a built-in fold-down bale hook on the back, allowing you to easily slide it onto your favorite substantial chain to wear as a dramatic statement necklace pendant.
