1941 US Revenue Silver Tax Stamp Scott #RG65 is a 20 cent stamp from the United States This particular The stamp is unused and has no gum, it probably comes from the top of the Printing Pane ?? and it has a a straight edge on top. Great  for collectors example of this historical piece. Despite being ungraded and uncertified, the gray color and specific Scott number add to its value as a unique and sought-after item in the world of philately.

FOREIGN shipping: 
I ship to most countries, depending on the country of destination the Lots of less than $20.00 in Value including postage and Customs fees  are sent via First Class Mail, Calculated. Lots of over 3 ounces and Large or Expensive lots are sent via eBay International with a Tracking Number. You are responsible for any Customs duties . Also be aware that depending on YOUR country Customs practices your final delivery may be delayed.

 I am a longstanding member of the APS # 116654. I have a 30 day return policy, but some of the lots that are because of their nature not completely pictured or difficult to describe are NOT returnable and it will say so on the description, unless I make a mistake wrong lot etc.
