Samantha Black Vintage 80’s Black Cocktail Dress has shoulder pads, is Fitted through the waist and skirt is 3 layers of Soft flowing Ruffles. There is a bow at the top of the ruffles and to the left side that has a grouping of rhinestones centered to add elegance to this piece. The fabric is semi opaque with taffeta lining. The sleeves do not have this lining so they are semi opaque.

Label says machine wash warm, tumble dry; however I would be very hesitant to put this in a washer or dryer with the rhinestone embellishment. Perhaps a careful hand wash would work and hang to dry.

Measuring Shoulder seam to the seam for drop waist (start of ruffles) 21”

26” around through waist area

32” around about where I estimate hips would be.

Lining is 42” around at the top of the last ruffle, then the lining is ruffled for the last ruffle so lots of swing in fabric and room to walk, move your legs.

Opens in back with 10” black zipper

Length from shoulder seam to bottom measures approximately 40” long

Sleeves 22.5” long from top of shoulder seam down outside of arm.
