1981 100th Running of the Stawell Gift First Day Cover

Official Australia Post 100th Running of the Stawell Gift First Day Cover issued to commemorate the centenary of Australia's famous professional foot race.

The cover is postmarked Newport 3015, Victoria on 6 April 1981, the official first day of issue.

The envelope has some foxing (brown age spots) from storage. These marks do not affect the stamps or the first day postmark.
