Vintage Toshiba SA-514 4-Channel stereo receiver, made in Japan.

The receiver powers on, the display and meters illuminate, and it produced strong, loud sound during testing. The following principal functions were tested:

* Auxiliary input

* Phono input

* Speaker outputs

* Volume and basic sound controls

* Illuminated tuner display

The tested functions appeared to operate properly. However, not every input, output, switch, tuner function, tape-monitor connection or four-channel feature was tested. The receiver has not been opened, internally inspected or professionally serviced.

Because of its age, limited testing and unknown service history, it is being sold under the eBay condition “For parts or not working” for repair, restoration or parts. No guarantee is made that every function operates correctly or that the receiver will continue operating without servicing.

Cosmetic condition

The receiver shows normal age-related wear, including scratches, marks, dust and wear to the wood-grain cabinet and metal faceplate.

* One side molding/trim piece is missing, as clearly shown in the photos number 8

* The cabinet has edge and surface wear

* Some oxidation and cosmetic wear may be present

* No speakers, antenna or additional accessories are included
