Mills, Moore & Co. Ltd. is the manufacturer behind this iconic design. 

Founded in London around 1939 by joint-managing director and designer Alexander Parkin-Moore, the company originally began by creating small wooden homewares like salad bowls, condiments, and bread boards.

Following WWII, the firm expanded into high-end tableware and flatware, opening a production facility in Chiswick, London.

While headquartered in London, the steel manufacturing was sourced directly from the industrial foundries of Sheffield, England, guaranteeing premium-grade forged stainless steel.

In 1952, Parkin-Moore's sleek, asymmetrical-handled sets were officially selected and endorsed by the Council of Industrial Design (The Design Centre in London).

Authenticated vintage pieces feature unvarnished natural English walnut handles and are stamped "Mills Moore" or "Fully Signed 1st Quality" along the metal blade neck.

Because they were highly celebrated for their Scandinavian-inspired minimalist profiles, complete original cased sets are now highly sought-after collectors' items.

The Knives are in excellent condition with minimal signs of use, the box has some light wear, please see pictures.
