Rare Antique Hand Blown 1900s G E National Mazda Light Bulb & Ceramic Base

I don't have any idea about the wattage of this bulb or when it was made but I assume it's from the early 1900s.  It looks to be hand blown.   I tried the bulb and it sadly doesn't work, which is not unexpected for being about a 100 years old.  It came out of a 1800s Iowa farm house estate sale and is in excellent cosmetic condition.  The ceramic base is also included but is for display only, I think it will probully work but I haven't tried it.
