The laptop has been fully factory reset and is ready for its new owner. It boots up correctly and loads Windows 11 without any issues although it is a bit slow now.
It is in good overall cosmetic condition with only light signs of normal use.

Condition -
The laptop is fully working, has been factory reset and is ready for the new owner to set up.
Please note the following:
* The battery no longer holds charge well and probably does need replacing.
* There is a faint horizontal mark on the screen which is most noticeable when the display is turned off or on darker backgrounds. During normal use it is much less noticeable (please see photographs).
* A local computer repair shop advised that upgrading the hard drive to an SSD would improve performance. The laptop currently boots and operates normally - I have not carried out this upgrade.
* Does run a bit slow
Would recommend that it needs updating, upgrades and refurbishing
