In perfect condition considering the age, just recently taken out of original file for pictures only.  It is my understanding that John Deere writers would request information from other companies as would other companies request information from John Deere writers.  Exchanging brochures with those companies.  If the writers did not know they would go out to an experimental field and see if the implement/tractor was or was not able to handle the task in question.
