I'm not sure if this is original or restored - the baseplate has been off which more often than not indicates a repaint, but the paint looks factory finish but perhaps a little darker than the usual cream colour. So please look at my photos and make your own evaluation. If this toy has been the subject of a restoration it was done some time ago given the light but evident wear to the paint, which means it would not look at all out of place in any collection of older Dinky's.
