On this 1.91-meter piece, there is a minor machine mark within the last 19 cm of the cloth. This mark is located within 2.5 cm of the edge and was caused by a "Rimar machine"—an advanced piece of equipment heavily relied upon in the worsted finishing process to stabilise, smooth, and refine the texture of high-quality wool cloth. This has absolutely no effect on tailoring, as the full width of this cloth is 162 cm, whereas standard tailoring only requires a width of 150 cm. (Please see last picture).
