This one of a kind hand crafted necklace and earring set is just one item in my Reclaimed Treasures Collection--Old jewelry given new life!

I made the stylized bow focal on the necklace of this lovely Christmas necklace and earring set from an old sterling silver filigree brooch.  I removed the pin from the back and added loops to which I attached strings of glass beads that include 2 X 11 mm green & white barrel beads, 4.5 X 8 mm oval red beads with Christmas trees, 8 mm red & green ball beads, and 8 mm & 4 mm white glass beads.  I finished the necklace with a sterling silver lobster clasp.  The hooks on the matching sterling silver earrings are from an old pair of sterling silver earrings, the filigree portion of the hooks complements the filigree bow center piece on the necklace.  I used matching beads on the earrings, the green and red beads are the same size as the necklace beads and the white beads are 4 mm.

The set weighs 59 grams (2 ounces).
