Stamps: Single 4 Lire orange "Poste Italiane" stamp with a strong, clear "AMG / VG" overprint.
Postmarks: Distinct double circular date stamps from Trieste Succ. / Via Piccardi, clearly dated 2.-1.47 (January 2, 1947).
Cachet: Features a highly detailed, vibrant red illustrated vignette on the left labeled "FIRST DAY COVER / PRIMO GIORNO DI EMISSIONE".
