Marvel comics G.I. Joe Starring Snake-eyes and Ninja Force #135 with card! RARE.  This comic has the card from the sealed bagged edition.  IT isn't sealed but it is in good shape.  There is some pressing lines on the cover, and a bit of wear on both items but not bad for 25+ years old!
