As you can see from the photos this comes in good condition with just a little bit of light wear as you’d expect from its age.
This is a Bloomsbury first edition (see photos) and also a LARGE print edition hardcover which makes it extremely rare and almost impossible to find.
It originates from Leicestershire Libraries as you can see from the photos. Most of the early rare hardback first editions were sent to libraries or schools and got wrecked but this is in good condition for its age with just some light wear which I have tried to show in the photos.
