COMPLETE ISSUE OF EISENHOWER DOLLARS
6-COIN SET
The Eisenhower dollar was a large size one-dollar coin issued by the United States Mint from 1971 to 1978. It was the first coin of that denomination issued by the Mint since the Peace dollar series ended in 1935. The coin depicts President Dwight D. Eisenhower on the obverse, and a stylized image honoring the 1969 Apollo 11 Moon mission on the reverse (1976 depicts the Bicentennial). Mint marks are random on each coin and condition is Good to AU.
Special Note: 1973 – Not Included in Set (They were never released for circulation.
They only came in special US MINT PROOF Sets)
1975 - There are no Eisenhower dollars ever dated 1975.
We do have 73's available in our store. We even have an 8-coin set with a 73 along with a T1 and T2 Bicentennial.
