This is a vintage Franklin Creative Products Bicycle Radio / Headlight/Horn LF 300.

It dates from the 1970s and was manufactured in Japan.

This device functions as a radio, headlight, and horn for a bicycle. It operates using a 9V battery for the radio and two 1.5V "C" batteries for the light and horn.

Horn and light works perfectly

Radio turns on but I could not get any channels to come in.

The bottom part of the bracket is not original.
