Shipping Information
All items ship with USPS. My responsibility is to get items packed and delivered to the Post Office within 2 business days after your order is placed. I have not failed on that responsibility at any point in the past 5 years. While I do understand that you want to receive your items in a timely manner, anything that happens in transit after I give your package(s) to the carrier is out of my control. I will do my best to help you locate your items and explain any inconsistencies that may pop up, but I will expect some element of practicality on your end with regards to what I can and can't control. If your account is registered outside of the United States, your order will be cancelled. Similarly, orders with delivery addresses of third-party post boxes, hotels/motels, and temporary structures will also be cancelled.
Terms of Sale
I make an honest effort to ensure that all items are accurately described in the listing, and my feedback scores reflect that. Buy with confidence, knowing that you can count on my disclosing any potential issues in the listing. Unless there is specifically an issue with an item's condition/functioning, or with an error in the listing, all sales are final. Please be sure that the item you are buying is the item you actually want to buy. I do not accept returns or issue refunds simply because the buyer doesn't like the item they bought, changed their mind, or purchased the wrong size/type. Shipping costs are prohibitively expensive, and wasting money and resources return-shipping items simply because someone changed their mind raises the costs for everyone else. I will happily grant requests to cancel orders, provided I receive them prior to shipping the item. However, frivolous cancellations are likely to earn a trip to my 'Blocked Buyers' list and intervention by eBay customer service.
